Partner with the best

As a Warehouse & Yard Associate, you will be responsible for receiving inbound material from outside suppliers and other Baker Hughes plants and field locations. Stocking received material, as well as completed products and assemblies from in-house production. Picking materials, components and end products and delivering them to Production or shipping. Performing cycle counts. Preparing component kits for production, fills orders and supplier subcontract parts.
 

As a Warehouse & Yard Associate, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Optimizing workflow, warehouse/yard layout efficiency and collaborate with other departments as required to ensure on time delivery and shipments.
  • Being able to achieve and maintain Competency Assessments as required and other warehouse and yard duties/projects as assigned.
  • Performing physical inventory and asset verification (CC/API)
  • Performing data entry into respective systems timely & accurately.
  • Complying to HSE and Quality policy for your assigned site. Diligently participate in HSE programs as assigned.
  • Delivering as outlined in local service level agreement


Fuel your passion
 To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year experience in operating forklift while loading or unloading freight.
  • Have effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication.
  • Have experience in SAP, MS Word, Excel
  • Be able to work in a team to deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

  • This role is a shift based working pattern from 4 pm to 4 am with variable call scheduled at least once a month
