Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker / Driver to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.
Securely manage records by moving boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, on and off shelving and carts, often requiring the safe use of a ladder. Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.
Operate and Maintain: Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles when needed.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum Age and License: Minimum age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License and a consistently good driving record. Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
Route Experience: At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
Experience and comfort with a physical job that involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.

Rate: 24$/hour
Monday to Friday schedule : 6:00 am to 3.30 pm
14 paid days off (7 paid holidays plus 2 weeks paid vacation) plus sick pay.
