 As a Warehouse Supervisor based in Melmerby you’ll be responsible for:  

• Managing a team of up to 20 people, conducting 1:1s, annual performance reviews and conducting interviews for new hires
• Working to tight deadlines and managing KPIs, both individually and across teams
• General warehouse duties such as picking and packing and ensuring the warehouse is health and safety compliant
• Meeting with stakeholders regularly to discuss updates

This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 2.00pm – 10.00pm.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, management experience is not essential
• The ability to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work towards KPIs and targets
• To have your own transport, the warehouse is not accessible by public transport
