🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our 1.1 lakh sq. ft. automobile spares warehouse. This facility supports after-sales service distribution across West India and requires a leader with strong operational acumen, ERP and WMS expertise, and hands-on experience in large-scale 3PL environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, outbound, and returns.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for after-sales service parts as per the Orders flows in system.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, space utilization, and layout optimization.
  • Lead a team of supervisors, associates, and support staff to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and 3PL partners for smooth logistics flow.
  • Implement and monitor safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in process, cost, and service levels.
  • Prepare and present operational reports, KPIs, and dashboards to senior management.

Review Mechanism & Governance

  • Establish a structured review mechanism to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with cross-functional teams (e.g., FLPO, SOE, Safety, Transport) to assess:
    • Inbound/outbound performance
    • Inventory accuracy and shrinkage
    • Order fulfillment timelines
    • Safety and compliance metrics
    • SLA adherence and customer satisfaction
  • Lead monthly performance reviews with senior leadership and client stakeholders, presenting key insights and action plans.
  • Maintain documentation of review outcomes, action trackers, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 Technical Skills & Systems

  • Proficient in ERP systems: SAP and Oracle
  • Hands-on experience with external WMS platforms, especially Infor WMS
  • Strong understanding of warehouse automation, barcode systems, and digital workflows

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in automobile spares or industrial parts.
  • Must have managed a warehouse of at least 80,000 sq. ft. in a 3PL service provider setup.
  • Fluent in local language (Marathi/Hindi) and English; must be communicative and approachable.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to regional distribution and aftermarket logistics is preferred.
  • Should have basic knowledge of warehouse compliances, including documentation, statutory norms, and audit readiness.

🎓 Qualification

  • Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • Additional certifications in warehouse operations or safety are a plus
