Colonial Pipeline is the largest refined products pipeline in the United States, transporting more than 100 million gallons or 2.5 million barrels per day. Colonial transports various grades of gasoline, diesel fuel, home heating oil, jet fuel, and fuels for the U.S. military through a pipeline system. Colonial transports approximately 45 percent of all fuel consumed on the East Coast, providing refined products to more than 50 million Americans.

About the Warehouse Coordinator Position

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our facility operations—ensuring smooth coordination of warehouse inventory, maintenance planning, and administrative support. You’ll be the go-to person for deliveries, meeting room scheduling, and facility upkeep, all while maintaining compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

What You Get to Do:

  • Receive, record, and organize incoming materials and equipment.

  • Maintain inventory and ensure machinery is serviced and operational.

  • Operate tools and equipment safely, including forklifts and generators.

  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs.

  • Confirm availability of resources for work orders.

  • Order parts and materials for maintenance and special projects.

  • Serve as a local SME for Maximo (Enterprise Asset Management System).

  • Collaborate with analysts to update asset data and locations.

  • Greet visitors, manage calls, and handle mail and deliveries.

  • Schedule meetings, manage travel arrangements, and maintain filing systems.

  • Track departmental metrics and support emergency response efforts.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) from an accredited education intuition. Associate degree preferred.

  • Ideally, 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, administrative, or facilities roles (industrial environment experience preferred).

  • Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record to travel up to 10%.

  • Ability to obtain forklift operator certification is required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems (Workday, Oracle, Maximo, SmartSheet)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Physical Requirements & Work Conditions:

Must be able to work indoors and outdoors at all hours in all weather conditions near refined petroleum products and heavy equipment. Ability to work extended hours, holidays, and/or weekends as required. Physical mobility to sit, stand, reach, pull, push, and bend. Ability to move heavy equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Alertness and physical dexterity are required to operate heavy machinery. Ability to drive Company and personal vehicles. Travel to locations away from headquarters to deliver or pick up materials.
