📦 Manage Orders: Dispatch and track orders to warehouse team members for picking and loading.
📝 Documentation & Data: Verify receiving documents, Bills of Lading, and enter data accurately.
💰 Cash Handling: Receive payments, issue receipts, and securely manage funds.
🚚 Scheduling: Coordinate inbound shipments and dock door assignments.
📊 Customer Interaction: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for inbound and outbound activities.
⚠️ Problem-Solving: Identify inventory discrepancies, report damages, and assist with freight handling issues.
🔄 Team Support: Help maintain smooth warehouse operations and provide backup as needed.
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous warehouse, logistics, or clerical experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Experience handling cash and basic computer skills.
Flexible and willing to work overtime when needed.
Lift up to 60 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. regularly.
Stand, walk, reach, kneel, crouch, climb, and work in varying temperatures.
Wear company-approved safety shoes and PPE as required.
