Warehouse Associate 2nd Shift- Distribution Center

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00

Position Summary

Join our fast-paced distribution team as a Warehouse Associate where your attention to detail and strong work ethic will keep our operations running smoothly. In this labor-intensive role, you’ll be responsible for picking orders, strapping and wrapping pallets, and preparing shipments for outbound delivery. You’ll also help ensure materials are properly handled, stored, and tracked in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, process, and prepare orders on the LT dock for outbound shipping.

  • Strap, wrap, and secure pallets for safe and efficient transport.

  • Load and unload trucks manually or using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.

  • Move, lift, and organize products weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through labeling, tracking, and order verification.

  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory as needed.

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and organized work area.

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying and communicating process improvements to supervisors.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

  • 2–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive, physical tasks throughout the shift.

  • Familiarity with shipping/receiving operations, warehouse management systems (WMS), or RF scanners a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills.

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $31,800.00 - $47,700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
