Warehouse Associate 2nd Shift- Distribution Center
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Shift: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00
Position Summary
Join our high-performing distribution team as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will manage inbound freight, pick and pack orders, and prepare shipments, including international shipments, while maintaining high standards for accuracy and quality. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong computer skills, the ability to solve problems and a customer-focused mindset. You’ll ensure all processes run efficiently while supporting both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, process, and manage inbound freight, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for domestic and international shipping.
Operate and update computer systems for inventory management, order processing, and shipping documentation.
Monitor shipments and coordinate with other teams to resolve discrepancies or issues.
Participate in inventory management, including stock rotation and quality checks.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers via email, chat, or phone regarding orders, shipments, or inventory updates.
Follow all safety and operational procedures while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members when needed.
What You Bring
1–2 years of warehouse or receiving experience, preferably with inbound operations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling freight and processing orders.
Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management tools.
Experience in customer-facing communication, including emails and chats.
Ability to problem-solve independently and escalate issues appropriately.
Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, moving, and handling products.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven experience in warehouse, receiving, or logistics operations.
Ability to work independently under limited supervision.
Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including international shipments.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
