Vulnerability & Customer Experience Manager – MSSP SOC Services

Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Vulnerability & Customer Experience Manager to lead our vulnerability management efforts while serving as a trusted technical advisor to our clients. This role blends hands-on security expertise with client-facing responsibilities, ensuring both internal risk reduction and exceptional service delivery.
Core Responsibilities
Vulnerability Management
· Operate and manage scanning tools (e.g., Defender VM, Qualys, Tenable).
· Monitor and assess vulnerabilities across systems and cloud environments.
· Prioritize and coordinate remediation efforts with IT and DevOps teams.
· Maintain policies and support compliance initiatives (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
Reporting & Insights
· Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI) to track vulnerabilities and remediation progress.
· Present clear, actionable reports to stakeholders and clients.
· Track KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
Client Engagement
· Act as the primary technical contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and value delivery.
· Analyze service performance data and provide strategic recommendations.
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve services.
Qualifications
· Experience in vulnerability management, cybersecurity, or SOC operations.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
· Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and vulnerability tools.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security frameworks.
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field; certifications (CISSP, Security+, CEH) are a plus.
