In this role, you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Experience leading regulatory and compliance projects

Hybrid working model :
- No of days working from office in a week: 3 out of 5
- Shift Timings: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST, however, can change based on project requirement
- Work location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
Job Expectations:
- MBA/equivalent advanced degree, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with solution design and delivery, requirements elicitation experience, product management experience
- Banking and Finance Domain Exposure.
- Min 5 years’ experience with MS Dynamics CRM platform (ideally in corporate banking environment)
- Familiarity with workflow tools like ServiceNow and JIRA
- Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI to extract reports.
- Knowledge of system testing methodologies, test script management and execution, UAT testing experience for enterprise scale systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, portray great levels of accountability and attention to detail
- Candidates should be able to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently, while maintaining quality, accuracy and integrity
- Candidates should have experience presenting information to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding at all levels with the ability to develop and negotiate solutions with partners or clients including escalations as needed
- Candidates should be able to work in a global team, interact at different levels and handle a wide range of deliverables with varying levels of complexities with focus on execution and result
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills to create persuasive PowerPoint presentations; Strong analytical skills leveraging Microsoft Excel/Access
- Experience in identifying and driving process improvements in complex environments
- Ability to effectively multi-task and successfully work on several unrelated projects at the same time
Functional and Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in UAT testing methodologies, test script management, and execution for enterprise-scale systems.
- Experience in product management, solution design, and delivery within banking and finance domains.
- Ability to break down complex projects into capabilities, features, and user stories for development.
- Familiarity with workflow tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow), reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access).
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with process automation and report creation.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools and exposure to smoke and functional testing.
Preferred Skills & Abilities
- Experience leading regulatory and compliance projects.

Hybrid Working Model
• 3 days working from office per week.
• Shift Timings: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST (may change based on project requirement).
• Work location: Hyderabad/Bangalore.
• Flexibility expected to periodically support as Weekend On-Call during release activities.
