In this position, you’ll report into the Chief People Officer, and your role will be to lead and develop our People Operations, Talent, and Culture teams. Your goal is to make HiveMQ a place where great people do their best work — by building scalable, efficient people systems and ensuring a consistent, engaging employee experience.
You’ll turn our people strategy into action, lead a small but high-performing team, and make sure we’re using AI and data smartly across everything we do. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing strategy, team leadership, and operational excellence.
