So, what’s the role all about?

As VP General Counsel, CX Americas, you’ll be a key member of both the Global Legal Leadership Team and the CX Americas Leadership Team, reporting directly to NiCE’s Global General Counsel. Your primary internal client will be the President of CX Americas, and you’ll work closely with C-level executives across the organization.
You’ll lead a U.S.-based team of 13 legal professionals spread across multiple locations, overseeing all aspects of legal and corporate work for the CX Americas region. This includes commercial and strategic engagements, partner ecosystem management, internal policies, customer and employment disputes, HR matters, procurement, compliance, and regulatory oversight. You’ll also drive initiatives around AI adoption, systems implementation (CLM), and support M&A activities, including post-merger integration.

How will you make an impact?

  • Provide strategic legal counsel to senior leadership and influence key business decisions.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing legal team across multiple U.S. locations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Manage complex commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
  • Support corporate governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
  • Drive innovation through AI adoption and legal technology implementation.
  • Play a critical role in M&A transactions and integration processes.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 16+ years of legal experience, including leadership of remote teams and exposure to SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on mindset when needed.
  • High integrity, straightforward communication style, and a collaborative team player.
  • Independent, business-savvy, and comfortable working with C-level executives.
