We are looking for a business-minded, technically oriented leader who has the energy, edge, and execution mindset to drive our technology transformation. As a senior manager on the Broadridge Integrated Platform, you will collaborate with Product and Technology leadership to gain a comprehensive understanding of the strategic roadmap and business objectives and provide guidance and mentorship to the engineering team to ensure these goals are met. You’ll help design, prototype, and deliver “infinitely” scalable solutions and drive the transformation in the functionality capabilities you own. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, delivering results to clients, while staying current on the latest technologies, being part of an innovative team that is customer focused and holds itself to the highest standards.

The VP, Enterprise Integration Platform - DevOps and Change Management is responsible for leading the organization’s DevOps strategy and ensuring seamless integration of development, operations, and change management processes. This role combines technical leadership with strategic oversight to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient delivery of technology solutions while maintaining governance and operational efficiency.

As an ideal candidate, you’ll have experience managing multiple large teams across people (coaching, training, recruiting, performance management), process (SDLC, Agile, change management), and platform (best in breed technologies, data management at scale, serverless technologies) in support of driving transformational efforts. From an architecture and design perspective, we would expect you to be innovative and think out-of-the-box while following disciplined and practical decision-making processes.

DevOps Leadership:

  • Define and implement a comprehensive DevOps strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the automation of infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment processes.
  • Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern configuration management tools.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve release velocity and reliability.
  • Define metrics and KPIs to measure deployment frequency, lead time, and system stability.
  • Oversee cloud infrastructure strategy (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and ensure cost optimization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and shared responsibility.

Change Management:

  • Establish a robust IT Change Management framework that aligns with ITIL best practices.
  • Oversee the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure timely, risk-assessed approvals.
  • Ensure consistent documentation, communication, and tracking of all production changes.
  • Partner with Application, Security, and Business teams to minimize risk and downtime.
  • Drive awareness and training around change management processes and compliance.
  • Develop reporting dashboards for leadership visibility into change volumes, success rates, and impacts.

Governance, Risk, & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2).
  • Manage audit and compliance activities related to DevOps and change management processes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across engineering and infrastructure environments.

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, related degree, or comparable experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in a software development environment, preferably at a Fintech firm.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing engineering teams, organizational budgets and vendor relationships.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT operations or software engineering.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in DevOps, SRE, or Change Management.
  • Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong background in automation, configuration management, and observability tools.
  • Practical experience leading organizational change, managing CABs, and improving processes at scale.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical:

  • Deep understanding of cloud computing, microservices, and containerization.
  • Expertise with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Must be solution-oriented and business minded with significant practical. experience in building, delivering, and supporting IT systems.
  • Experienced with evaluating emerging technologies and recommending potential partnerships that provide efficiencies and competitive advantage within the tech stack.
  • Experienced with developing reusable assets such as prototypes, POCs, and MVPs that contribute to organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience implementing platform engineering practices and organizational constructs.
  • Demonstrated capability across all levels of the stack (network to application), service-based and event-driven architectures, cloud engineering and cloud-native design.
  • Extensive understanding of streaming messaging frameworks and API development.
  • Demonstrated ability building highly performant and robust technology solutions.

Team leadership & Management:

  • Excellent knowledge of IT strategic planning and capability development with experience implementing technology strategy and roadmaps.
  • Prior experience leading a software organization through transformation in a large enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated management experience in leading software architecture and engineering teams; ability to coach and mentor architecture resources and effectively manage and shape team and individual behaviors.
  • Ability to attract, develop and retain talent.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and lead team members and organizations to their optimum performance.
  • Total commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $275,000 to $300,000

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
