About this role:
The VP, Customer Growth leads the organization’s commercial transformation journey, focused on designing, implementing and optimizing the enhanced customer segmentation program inclusive of segment service offerings and go to market strategies. This role will redefine how we engage with customers, optimize value propositions, and ensure operational alignment to drive sustainable and differentiated growth. Role will partner with leaders in CTO, Regions, GO and S/I to unlock differential growth with customers. This role will have one direct report to support the program and will work in strong co-ordination with the regional teams that will execute the strategy and program.
Accountabilities:
To design and execute a commercial transformation roadmap in collaboration with the CTO leaders and key stakeholder Exco Leadership.
Collaborate with platform, commercial, and operations teams to implement segmented GTM approach and proposition.
Design, implement & operationalize standardized and global advanced customer segmentation model inclusive of service offerings and GTM strategies.
Establish KPIs and monitor commercial performance to support growth ambitions and commercial account/customer performance.
Implement feedback loops for continuous improvement to evolve and optimize program and ways of working.
Partner closely with prioritized key customer teams/account managers to steer towards more strategic business development and strategic partnership to drive differential growth.

Skills & Experience:
10+ years in commercial leadership roles (Commercial, CDP, Marketing, Strategy).
·Proven track record in transformation programs within B2B environments.
Highly commercial with an ability to Strong communications, stakeholder partnership and strategic thinking skills.
High comfort with leading a matrixed organization and driving alignment.
Comfort with balancing inclusive leadership with directive leadership
Familiarity with segmentation and GTM models, comfort with automation and digital tools preferred.
Ability to drive execution through complexity, and influence others to accept change in practices and approaches
Comfortable with critical decision ownership at a sub ExCo level, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership
