Job Overview:

The VP of Agent Enablement supports the strategic visioning and drives the execution of initiatives that empower support agents to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on optimizing the agent journey through desktop automation, workflow simplification, infusing AI into operational flows and continuous process improvement. This position reports to the SVP, Service Enablement and collaborates closely with partners across the Product, Service, Technology, and other internal teams. 


Responsibilities:

  • Agent Journey Optimization: Design and implement strategies that streamline the end-to-end support experience for agents, reducing friction and enhancing productivity.
  • Desktop Automation: Drive the adoption of intelligent automation tools to simplify repetitive tasks and improve response times.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in support workflows and lead cross-functional efforts to redesign and optimize processes.
  • Workflow Simplification: Champion the development of intuitive, integrated tools and systems that reduce complexity and improve agent effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Training teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of enablement initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and feedback loops to measure the impact of enablement strategies on agent performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in financial services, business, or digital transformation, driving internal strategy; management
  • 5+ years of experience in product or product supportive roles
  • 5+ years of experience working with AI tooling and optimizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field

Core Competencies:

  • Proven experience in support operations, digital enablement, or customer experience leadership.
  • Strong background in process design, automation technologies, and change management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence and employee empowerment.


 

Pay Range:

$106,125-$176,875/year


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
