Job Description
This position is responsible for the implementation of all Visual Products lines, including: Commercial LED Displays, Digital Billboards, Factory Displays, and LED Lighting projects.
We are in search of an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support for our inside/outside sales team. The ideal candidate will be the point of reference for the sales team and customers, by performing the tasks related to customer order fulfillment, scheduling sales calls, prospect research, sales/presentation support, marketing assistance, and working with the production team.
The goal of this position is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and strive for efficiency in the sales process.
The ideal candidate must execute the Visual Sales plan through interaction with the inside & outside sales team, customers, prospects, sustaining long-term relationships with key accounts, and furthering Electro-Matic’s growth and development throughout the industry.

Work Environment
Position is an indoor warehouse setting with moderate noise levels, including voices, office equipment, and foot traffic sounds. Employee may interact with customers, sales representatives, and other internal departments.

Job Summary
This non-exempt position is responsible for administrative support for a Sales Team to a targeted customer base, enter orders, expedite, resolve customer issues, and act as a general advocate, ensuring customer satisfaction. Interact with internal personnel (customer service, product line coordinators, vendors, etc.) to gather data for research and resolution. On-site customer visits to input data directly into customers’ database to update and transition to new products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
· Responds to customer base inquiries, entering quotes, orders, and special pricing.
· Responds to customer delivery issues and manages customer back-order reports.
· Assist in managing item planning data (safety stock, lead time, minimum & maximum order quantities) and inventory for key customers.
· Enters customer orders by utilizing the customer’s order entry software, maintaining, and updating customer part numbers.
· Work with Sales Team on blankets and special pricing,
· Works with the Pricing Administration team to ensure proper sell and rebates are set up and identified for correct commissions calculations.
· Problem solves in conjunction with outside sales to meet customer requirements.
· Work with third-party contractors to facilitate warranty and non-warranty repairs.
· Work with outside sales to increase R&R (repair & return) business.
· Manage customers’ consigned inventory.
· Work with customers’ purchasing personnel to facilitate price changes and amendments.
· Manage the Software Upgrade Service (SUS) vendor program.
· Develop and maintain relationships with product line contacts.
· May arrange sales or company functions (outings, lunches, etc.)
