This position involves the treatment and management of sleep health patients, with a focus on Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) in the ambulatory virtual care setting. The provider will obtain and document medical histories, conduct virtual exams, and develop individualized plans of care, including prescribing medications and ordering appropriate tests or procedures. This role also participates in group and practice meetings, contributes to policy and procedure development, and engages in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Requirements / Ideal Candidate
• Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing Practice with certification from a nationally recognized certifying body
• Physician Assistants: Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Minimum 2 years of APP experience in sleep medicine preferred
• Active North Carolina license and North Carolina DEA required
