Communicate with VIP clients and invite them to our events;
Send event invitations and gifting packages to VIP clients;
Handle issues with local delivery services related to gifts;
Communicate with local vendors and contractors;
Maintain and organize documentation in Excel.
1+ year of experience in client relations / account management / sales or brand activations (experience in VIP is a strong plus);
Proven experience in managing customer communication, preferably via phone and email in an international environment;
Experience in coordinating with agencies or third-party vendors will be considered an advantage;
Experience with Tableau and Intercom will be a plus;
Upper-intermediate in English (written and spoken).
