Position Overview:

The Vice President of Member Success plays a critical role in advancing the Shaw Flooring Network (SFN) strategy and driving key corporate priorities in the field. This position serves as a trusted business consultant for select customers and sales teams, a leader in training and development, and a champion for successful execution of SFN initiatives. The VP will ensure alignment between corporate objectives and field execution, fostering engagement and growth across SFN members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute SFN strategies and high-priority business objectives to drive profitable growth.
  • Increase member engagement through brand mix optimization, product activation, and program adoption.
  • Serve as a strategic consultant for select key accounts and oversee the business review process.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership on SFN and corporate initiatives, ensuring seamless integration in the field.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with Sales VPs, DVPs, and RVPs to promote SFN programs and solutions.
  • Deliver training and coaching to regional leaders on SFN offerings, enabling confident implementation.
  • Drive activation of SFN-exclusive products and key solutions, including Wells Fargo consumer financing.
  • Manage corporate incentives and align promotional funding with local market strategies.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitive programs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by collecting feedback on products, programs, and pain points.
  • Evaluate field execution effectiveness and lead improvement plans through regional leadership.
  • Represent SFN at seasonal sales events and partner with field teams to execute initiatives.
  • Travel extensively (60-75%) to engage with customers and support field sales teams through servant leadership.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of five years in sales or marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead change and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 60–75% and reside within one hour of a major airport.
