The Role
The Canada Delivery Integration Executive is the lead Kyndryl executive for the Infrastructure Services Delivery teams in the Canadian market.
Responsible for leading a global team of approximately 2,500 resources (1,000 in Canada and 1,500 in 10 other countries) including Technical Delivery Professionals who provide services including: Driving the Advanced Delivery and strategic transformational programs, Infrastructure Monitoring and Operations, Service Desk, Desk Side Support, Telecommunications, Systems Administration, Asset Management, Capacity Management, Storage Management, Project Management, and Vendor Management functions and services.
This individual is a senior self-directed leader who will drive Kyndryl’s delivery strategy to become a modern, automated, and customer-centric operating model that competes and wins in the market.
The Delivery Integration Executive will engage with clients and partners in Canada to understand and support their business goals, share best practices, and collaborate on transformation strategies that leverage the full consulting and service delivery capabilities of Kyndryl.
The leader is experienced as a senior advisor who works across country/CIC delivery teams, account teams, and technical experts to deliver organizational change at an enterprise scale.
This individual is both a relationship/trust builder and change agent.

The position requires excellent communication and relationship skills to collaborate at different organizational and cross-cultural levels both internally and externally, leading an experienced team of delivery practitioners and subject matter experts who maintain our managed services and operational business while defining, solutioning, and executing the steady state support for the Canadian clients.
