Verification & Validation Engineer


Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop test scripts, test execution & bug reporting.

  • Prepare Test Designs based on documented project requirements and team discussions.

  • Perform manual and/ or automated testing of key web and mobile application projects.

  • Collaborate with other leads on developing continuous integration (CI) pipeline and unit test automation and need to document the work, especially for APIs which are created.

  • Validate fixes and maintain clear and appropriate bug tracking documentation.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

  • Support on build releases to staging and production environments.

  • Enhance and maintain testing frameworks for scalability, stability, and performance.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience.

  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.

  • Works independently; receives minimal guidance.

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

  • Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement.

  • Contributes to process improvements.

  • Typically resolves problems using existing solutions.

  • Provides informal guidance to junior staff.

  • Works with minimal guidance.

  • Preference will be given to candidates who has prior experience working with client at offshore / onsite.

Work Arrangement Fully On-Site: Must be able to travel to an Arrow Client office location as requested by Arrow Client leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$130,000 - $140,000/annum

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
