Monday- Friday Remote 8:00 -4:30 hours will be flexible

Pay Range

$23.65 - $35.50

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED equivalent with four years of business related experience in accounting. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: N/A ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Manages vendor contracts to facilitate and support the business relationship for overall success. 2. Manages placement files, transactions files and monthly reports for accuracy. 3. Verifies contract work agreements are followed. 4. Processes return account report. 5. Reviews financial assistance requests from patients. 6. Reviews and approves vendor invoices for accuracy and sends to AP for payment. 7. Completes monthly reporting for management team. 8. Compiles daily call center dashboard. 9. Monitors extended payment plan transactions and maintains weekly balancing reports. 10. Monitors payment processing reports daily, verifies invoice at month end and sends to AP for payment. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills Thorough knowledge of insurance billing, collection procedures, and associated state and federal laws Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of the Trial Balance, Accounts Receivable, Liabilities and Assets for Financial Statements preferred Experience with personal computer and use of applicable software programs WORK ENVIRONMENT: Fast paced Subject to many interruptions Occasional extended hours PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 0% 35% 65% to to to 35% 65% 100% N/A Activity X Standing X Walking X Sitting X Bending X Reaching with arms X Finger and hand dexterity X Talking X Hearing X Seeing Lifting, carrying, pushing and or pulling: X 20 lbs. maximum X 50 lbs. maximum X 100 lbs. maximum
