Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $19.38 - $29.09/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

  • Handle all administrative tasks involving the front office, repossession and redemptions.
  • Work AR accounts to collect past due payments.
  • Handle all redemptions for clients who wish to redeem their repossessed vehicles.
  • Handle clients’ concerns/issues and respond professionally.
  • Assisting dealers with transactions such as verifying Auction Access, title status etc.
  • Serve as a back up to the Procurement and Posting Specialist.
  • Gain familiarity with and working proficiency in Titling & Records administrative and transactional processes.
  • With guidance, performs basic Titling & Records duties, including:
    • Reviewing titles for negotiability
    • Signing and releasing titles for sellers and buyers
    • Completing applications for new titles on behalf of clients
    • Completing repossession affidavits
    • Completing affidavits of correction
    • Accepting and addressing questions from clients, escalating as needed to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
  • Gains understanding of departmental policies and procedures for title release and follow-up.
  • Gains understanding of regulatory requirements for Titling & Records activity and processing.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned
  • May be required to work overtime (more than 40 hours per week) as business needs dictate.
  • Other duties as assigned
