We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Specialist – Veeam Data Cloud , based in Singapore, to accelerate growth across SEAK. This role reports to the APJ Sales lead for the Veeam Data Cloud  business and partners closely with SEAK Sales and Solution Engineers. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic conversations with customers, aligning Veeam’s M365 data protection solutions to their needs, and leveraging our strong co-sell partnership with Microsoft.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Veeam Data Cloud M365 motion: Drive pipeline and quota attainment for M365 data protection across the SEAK territory, across all segments.
  • Partner for impact: Collaborate daily with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to build and execute account strategies, advance deals, and improve win rates and deal size.
  • Customer engagement: Lead executive-level customer meetings to define data resiliency strategies, demonstrate value, and guide technical evaluations.
  • Co-sell with Microsoft: Manage co-selling activities, meet regional co-sell goals, and maximize the Veeam + Microsoft partnership in SEAK.
  • Forecast and plan: Deliver accurate weekly forecasts, maintain strong pipeline coverage, and create close plans that exceed historical conversion rates.
  • Competitive positioning: Stay ahead of key competitors, develop compelling value propositions and ROI scenarios, and help craft repeatable win strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with executive-level engagement; total of 15+ years in technology sales or related roles.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas, ideally within data protection, data management, or Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
  • Experience in a specialist + field sales model and working in partner-led GTM environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, Renewals, and Partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English;
  • Highly self-driven, strategic thinker with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the SEAK region
