Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on all makes and models.
• Accurately complete repair orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality and performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety standards.
• Use tools and shop supplies responsibly and efficiently.
• Stay current with required training and certifications.
• Communicate effectively with service and reconditioning teams to ensure timely completion of work.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Three to five years of automotive service experience
• Ability to perform:
• Lube and maintenance services
• Engine repair
• Suspension and steering repair
• Brake repair
• Heating and A/C repair (optional)
• Manufacturer or ASE certifications preferred (ASE Master Tech a plus)
