The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will lead large projects and innovate processes to secure operational excellence. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your specialized knowledge and technical acumen to deliver quality results to clients and contribute to the firm's business strategies.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of progressive roles managing IT quality assurance and control within software/systems development processes
- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college-level training
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems preferred
- Foundations Certification preferred
- Demonstrating in-depth leadership in test methodologies
- Understanding Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Managing vendor relationships effectively
- Utilizing data mining and predictive modeling techniques
- Driving continuous service improvements for customer experience
- Working with Business and IT partners for quality delivery
- Seeking opportunities for continuous improvement within IT organization

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
