Oversee the Underwriting, rating, and servicing of new and renewal submissions
Ensure that underwriting files are of consistent quality and cover all relevant issues
Identify and establish new relationships with brokers; Success to be measured by submission/quote/bind metrics compared to prior periods of the team
Work closely with other Aviation underwriters to coordinate proposals across coverages including Workers Compensation, Aviation Hull & Liability, Aviation Product Liability and Airlines
Develop a working knowledge of other Starr products to facilitate cross sale of those products where applicable
