Starting Salary: $97,300 to $146,000 Annually
Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly

Position Objective:
Lead sales team and account management activities of our Turbine customers by managing the total key account activities while providing guidance, training, setting sales quotas and goals for sales of other accounts.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Direct activities to provide world class service efficiently and effectively to our key account(s).
Create sales plans, analyze data, assign sales activities, and build future sales team.
Work with product and research teams to make sure customer needs are met.
Motivating and advising sales representatives to maximize their performance, as well as hiring and training.
Achieve their objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
Collaborate with marketing to generate new lead sources.
Expand the target customer base.
Experience/Skills:
3-5 years of experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
