Role SummaryReconcile and determine entitlement for interest, dividends, maturities, and principal payments to ensure timely and accurate client account credits.
Process loan and mortgage setups, payments, and reporting within Trust and Core Bank systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Manage certificate of deposit purchases, redemptions, and renewals, maintaining rate and maturity information for Trust clients.
Oversee proxy material distribution and voting processes, ensuring accurate reporting and client entitlements.
Monitor foreign dividend elections and tax documentation to secure optimal withholding rates and recover reclaims.
Ensure accurate processing and reconciliation of money market fund sweeps and daily cash movements.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies with depositories, custodians, or internal systems to maintain balanced and accurate records.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support smooth operations and exceptional client service.
Required:
Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 years of experience in the financial industry or related field
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
4 years of experience in trust operations, banking, or investment administration
