About this role:
The Lead Quantitative Model Solutions Specialist is a highly technical role within the Treasury business group that drives Treasury Transformation by combining deep quantitative modeling expertise with hands-on experience in building scalable analytics systems and modern data infrastructure. This role empowers Treasury business functions by delivering highly-contextualized data and analytics through cohesive workflows that enable data-driven decision-making. The specialist is responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying sophisticated quantitative solutions while establishing transformation standards, automating manual processes, and providing streamlined governance of analytical information for risk and regulatory deliverables. Working at the intersection of business and technology, this role drives efficient technology change and creates transparency in Treasury investments through scalable, production-ready systems.
In this role, you will:
• Quantitative Solution Development & Delivery: Develop and validate quantitative approaches for complex financial modeling, risk management, and Treasury analytics.
• Technical Discovery: Lead evaluation of emerging quantitative methods, modern data tools (Dremio, dbt, Dagster, Deephaven), and AI/ML technologies.
• Prototyping & Validation: Create prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions using Python, modern data stack tooling, and/or Figma to validate hypotheses and demonstrate value.
• End-to-End Analytics Systems: Build production-ready analytics systems, including model validation, testing, and monitoring frameworks.
• Automation & AI: Implement sophisticated financial models, machine learning pipelines, and AI agent workflows for automated decision support and real-time analytics.
• Business Technology Strategy: Partner to establish and manage a long-term technology roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate across Treasury, Risk, and Technology to ensure technology investments support business priorities and compliance.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead teams to deliver high-impact solutions, mentor technical staff, and establish governance standards for model development, deployment, and risk management.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of quantitative model solutions or quantitative model operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 5+ years building quantitative systems in Python, with expertise in scientific computing libraries (SciPy, Scikit-learn, CVXPy) and high-performance computing frameworks (Polars, Numba, or similar).
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience developing financial models (risk, pricing, optimization, simulation).
• Proficiency in SQL-based data transformation, workflow orchestration, and cloud analytics platforms.
• Deep understanding of Treasury operations, Capital Markets, liquidity management, and/or regulatory frameworks (e.g., BCBS-248, FR 2052a, CCAR, CECL).
• Experience with version control systems (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and model validation workflows.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; experience mentoring technical teams.
• Advanced degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver prototypes and automation solutions from concept to production.
• UI/UX design and collaboration tooling experience (Figma).
• Experience with AI/ML agent systems (LangChain, Google ADK), MLOps, and semantic search.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
