As a Treasury Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving the Treasury implementation within the global ESPHORA program, implementing state-of-the-art Treasury solutions based on SAP HANA technology. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team responsible for representing treasury implementations, streamlining processes for enhanced efficiency, minimizing transaction costs, and implementing cutting-edge controls. Additionally, you will support a global bank RFP in order to lean our bank landscape. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to foster strong partnerships across internal teams (Corporate Finance & Global Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, and IT) and external stakeholders (auditors, banks, IT service providers).

Responsibilities:

• Support the ESPHORA Project for Release 2 in LATAM (60%) and APAC (40%).
• Participate in core project workshops and report to PMO status and risks for Treasury.
• Support the global bank RFP in Asia and Latin America.
• Be key user and trainer for Global Treasury teams focusing on Release 2 markets.
• Drive process documentation in SAP Signavio and align cross stream.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• 5 years of relevant experience in treasury, banking, or treasury consultancy
• Preferably has experience in using SAP or S4 Hana
• Possesses good problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Has sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Experience with PowerBI or similar IT tools is a plus.
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal English, Spanish is welcome.
