Job Description:
Resolve production incidents in a smooth and timely manner with minimal impact to business.
• Put in controls and checks in place to monitor and smooth functioning of production systems.
• Investigate and understand the cause of defects raised.
• Day-to-day delivery and support of key treasury systems/initiatives.
• Work efficiently and prioritize system enhancement/up-grades.
• Support related to user access rights configuration and user management.
• Participate actively in discussions with business, understand user requirements.
• Contribute to UAT and the go-live process.
• Ensure technical and functional hand over of the project and changes to the relevant teams
• Assist in developing business and operational processes and to participate in developing system
