Treasury Analyst

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • SOX Compliance: Understands the SOX compliance framework and perform periodic testing and assessment ofTreasury-related SOX control timely and accurately. Effectively communicate control findings and remediation plans tomanagement. Produce an accurate narrative and evidence document for management review and approval. 

  • Bank Portal Management: Understand banking products, services, and bank portal functionalities to optimize treasuryoperations. Stay updated on bank system enhancements, security features, and regulatory changes. Monitor the SharePointticketing system and address requests promptly per internal policies, procedures, and SLAs. Troubleshoot access issues,transaction delays, and technical errors, ensuring timely resolutions. Provide clear solutions and guidance to stakeholdersregarding portal-related issues. Ensure all bank portal SOPs are up-to-date by tracking changes from banking institutions.

  • User Management: Monitor the daily user termination report and promptly remove access within SLA.. Create andimplement role-based entitlements across all bank portals by collaborating with internal stakeholders. Maintain an accurateand up-to-date user database for all banking platforms. Assist with user data integration into Treasury Management Systems(TMS) for seamless operations. Ensure user data aligns with audit, compliance, and security requirements. Responsible formaintaining and updating user management process and workflows.

  • Bank Account Management: Assist with maintaining bank account database by adding, modifying, and closing bankaccounts in Treasury Management System (TMS). Assist with bank paperwork for account opening, modifying, and closing. 

  • Team and Development: Actively engaged in professional self and team development; Accountable for creating andpromoting a high-performance culture; Aligned with cultural values of the team; Continuously drives improvement initiativesforward.

  • SharePoint: Maintain Treasury Compliance SharePoint site. Regularly updates SharePoint Ticketing System User Guide. 

  • Other responsibilities: perform ad hoc analysis; Understands policies, procedures and controls; Ensures protocols areadhered to including updating procedures; Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls,introduce efficiencies, automate processes and incorporate best practices.

EDUCATION:

Minimum: 4 yr degree in Finance,Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field

​Preferred: MBA, CTP, AAP, CPA, CFA preferred

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum: 2+ years in Treasury, Economics Payments, Finance, Accounting or similar role
