Core Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service across various channels (inbound/outbound calls, email, chat).
• Address customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of client products/services.
• Engage in activities to boost customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Accurately document and retrieve call information.

Skill Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English.
• Strong computer and internet navigation skills.
• Minimum high school diploma with some relevant experience preferred.
• Flexible, adaptable, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator and team player.
