Job Description
Albemarle is hiring for a T&E and P-card Coordinator. This position is hybrid and located in Budapest.
What You Will Do
The T&E and P-Card Coordinator is responsible for independently managing all aspects of business travel and procurement card (P-card) expense processes across EMEA and AMERICAS regions. This includes ensuring timely and accurate handling of expense reports, maintaining compliance with internal policies, and adapting to country-specific requirements. The role requires a solid understanding of expense management systems (e.g., SAP Concur), policy enforcement, and corporate credit card program administration. The coordinator contributes to process improvements and supports training and onboarding initiatives, demonstrating initiative and ownership in moderately complex tasks.
