Job Purpose:

The travel agent will make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements for TD SYNNEX, within company guidelines and standards, delivering excellent customer service to all European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and book European meetings and events in line with company guidelines.

• Arrange travel (flights, hotels, cars, ground transport) using preferred vendors to optimize costs.

• Ensure accuracy in ticketing, invoicing, and reporting, following internal procedures.

• Manage Travel Expense tools taking care of user maintenance and data reporting

• Negotiate with Travel Industry Vendors such as Hotels, Car rental companies and Airlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; proficient in GDS (e.g., Amadeus).

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and online booking tools.

• Strong understanding of business travel processes.

• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.

• Able to multitask and perform well under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish required, German is a plus.
