This role sits at the heart of our sustainability ambitions, supporting the delivery of Bupa’s first climate transition plan — a key part of our Better World strategy.
As Transition Plan Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering Bupa’s first internal climate transition plan. You’ll be joining a passionate team that leads sustainability across Bupa’s global network. Together, we’re shaping how healthcare evolves in a low-carbon future, creating new services, and advocating for climate resilience and health equity.
How you'll help us make health happen

Manage the project timeline and ensuring milestones are met
Preparing materials for governance meetings at senior levels (CEC-1, CEC, Board)
Support subject matter experts in upskilling colleagues on transition plan requirements
Coordinating input, review and approvals across Group Functions and Market Units
Edit and proofreading of documentation to ensure a consistent voice and high-quality output
Conducting post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and inform future disclosures
Skills & experience needed for this role:
Experience leading climate transition plans or net zero strategies is preferrable.
Confident in managing large-scale, complex projects across a global organisation, with recent experience ideally focused on climate transition planning
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, confidently building and managing relationships across a global organisation with clarity and impact
Experience with climate transition plans or net zero strategies is a bonus, but not essential.
Excellent drafting and editing skills, especially for corporate reporting
Sharp attention to detail
Ability to work independently and influence others
You’ll be comfortable working under pressure, juggling competing priorities, and navigating a fast-paced, changeable environment.
