As a Public Transport Partner Solutions Manager, you’re the face of Remix by Via to our partners and their voice within our team. In this dynamic role, you’ll educate partners on our planning software, share best practices in transport planning and street design, tackle challenges with creative problem-solving, and channel partner feedback into our product roadmap. With technical understanding and a self-starter mentality, you build, maintain, and grow partner relationships, driving operational success and turning it into long-term retention and revenue. This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, internally referred to as “Partner Success Principal”

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop partner relationships with public sector transportation agencies, operators, and cities in the DACH region, and beyond.
  • Become an expert on the Remix platform, train partners and turn their feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Conduct the onboarding experience, lead trainings and workshops for our products, and facilitate the success and retention of our partners by serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Advise partners on leveraging their geospatial datasets and best practices to maximize the value of Remix.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to define, coordinate, and oversee all commercial and technical aspects required to provide exceptional service to our partners.
  • Promote best practices and new ways for partners to leverage our platform and solutions, growing partner usage, and enabling partner success.
  • Manage product expectations and development, working with our product team to distill requests and ideas into actionable next steps and technology features.

Who You Are

  • A minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in the public transport/mobility space
  • Communicate effectively in both German (native-level) and English (fluent). Other European languages are a big plus.
  • You have a technical background in one or more of the following: Excel, Data Analysis, GIS, Information Technology Systems, and Transportation Planning.
  • Organized and independent; you’re both an individual contributor and a team player: people love working with you and for you.
  • A savvy and tactful communicator with experience managing complex business relationships; you intuitively find the right tone and feel comfortable working with people from a wide range of backgrounds
  • Experience, or strong interest in, sales, negotiation, and generating commercial growth 
  • Excitement about having a lasting impact on public transportation, and willingness to travel for work as required
