Iron Mountain is seeking an expert Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Digital Transformation Expert to join our [Business Function/Department] team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end transformation initiatives, leveraging digital solutions and process mining to optimize performance and deliver measurable business benefits. You will collaborate closely with leaders in our [GCC organization], Operations, Finance, and Information Technology (IT) to drive strategic improvements.
In this role, you will:
Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, utilizing Lean Six Sigma, process mining (Celonis), and artificial intelligence to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that deliver significant cost savings and quality improvements.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across business functions to embed data-driven insights and ensure new automation solutions, including Agentic AI, meet all security and compliance standards.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards by training, coaching, and mentoring Green Belts (completing 50+ projects) and designing formal Lean Six Sigma capability-building workshops.
The ideal candidate will have:
8+ years of process improvement experience at scale within the service industry (e.g., banking, hospitality, insurance).
Strong knowledge as a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, combined with expertise in project management, change management, business analysis, and stakeholder management.
Proven ability in training, coaching, and mentoring, evidenced by leading at least 50 Green Belt projects to completion.
