Overview

You will be a part of the Trust and Agency Services area under the Corporate Bank business line. As a member of the Issuing and Paying Agency (IPA) team, you will be working with external clients and internal stakeholders on the prompt collection and payment of debt obligation funds. This primary function will include issuing bonds for our clients and servicing clients’ debt instruments including interest payments and redemptions.

What You’ll Do

  • Issuance of money-market instruments and debt service invoices to issuers (clients)

  • Interest payments and redemptions of all debt instruments within the Issuing and Paying Agency Team

  • Working with the Business and our clients to resolve ad-hoc queries and challenges

  • Monitoring and working with Depositary Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) on settlements, fund transfers

  • Adhering to internal controls and regulatory compliance

  • Assistance with Quality control and process improvement testing

Skills You’ll Need

  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent)

  • Acute attention to detail

  • Ability to adjust to procedural changes in a dynamic processing environment

  • Flexibility to prioritize and support workloads from multiple teams

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $40,000 to $62,750. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
