Position Responsibilities:

  • Handle New Hire and cross-training Program 
  • Facilitate skill-based training sessions on various topics such as technical or system enhancements, product information and procedural updates 
  • Identify opportunities for training and process improvement recommendations 
  • Maintain and update database of all training materials 
  • Act as product and process knowledge resource/subject-matter-expert 
  • Assist in evaluation of workflow of new processes 
  • Provide processing support as necessary 
  • Review employee performance and learning 
  • Confers with management, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must meet or exceed job expectations in his/her current role 
  • Candidate should not have any attendance issues or any disciplinary action 
  • Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent presentation skills and should be comfortable running a large classroom training.  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Well-versed in Instructional Design 

  • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills 

  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

  • Strong technical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
  • Advanced research skills 
  • Must know how to coach staff who have performance issues.
