What You Will Do:
We are searching for a Training Program Manager to support future opportunities The person in this role will lead the design, implementation, and management of technical training programs to build user competency and drive compliant operations. They will operate as a strategic partner, ensuring programs are measurable, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals. This position will be based in Bethesda, MD.    

  • Develop and oversee curricula, learning paths, and course management in LMS and training portals.  

  • Lead cross-functional teams of educators, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-impact training.  

  • Coordinate training delivery (live, virtual, on-demand), certify competencies, and ensure outcomes-focused learning.  

  • Maintain training matrices, records, and reporting for audits, ensuring audit-ready documentation and compliance with client policies.  

  • Synthesize data-driven insights to guide program decisions, timelines, and continuous improvement initiatives.  

  • Build and manage effective relationships with clients, collaborators, and partners across government, academia, and industry.  

  • Chair meetings, monitor workflows, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of training programs.  

  • Communicate professionally and authentically across all levels of the organization, producing executive-ready dashboards and briefings.  


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree  

  • 5+ years of experience in training program management or learning & development.  

  • Proven success leading complex projects and teams.  

  • Knowledge of education, data security, and privacy regulations (HIPAA, FERPA, Section 508).  

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Workspace (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.  


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Master’s degree preferred 

  • Ability to leverage data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for training impact analysis and executive reporting. 

  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master credentials for managing complex training initiatives. 

  • Experience implementing organizational change strategies aligned with training programs. 

  • Familiarity with FDA, CLIA, ISO standards in addition to HIPAA and FERPA.
