Roles & Responsibilities
Training Strategy Development:
Design and implement a regional training strategy aligned with the global SAP S/4HANA deployment plan.
Assess training needs by collaborating with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
Curriculum Design and Development:
Develop role-based training curriculum covering all relevant modules and processes.
Utilize a blend of training methods, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, workshops, and hands-on labs.
Training Design and Development
Align with hub and local teams to drive local content creation
Support training content creation in alignment with global training team
Training Delivery and Coordination:
Oversee the scheduling and delivery of training sessions across multiple countries in the APAC region.
Ensure the availability of training materials, environments, and resources.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with global training teams to align regional training initiatives with global standards.
Engage with regional business leaders to secure support and resources for training activities.
Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Change Management Support:
Work closely with the Change Management team to address resistance and promote user adoption.
Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about training schedules and updates.
Budget Management:
Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Negotiate contracts with external training providers as needed.

The APAC SAP S/4HANA Training Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs to support the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA across the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to ensure that all users are proficient with the new system, thereby facilitating a smooth transition and optimizing operational efficiency.
