Job Description:
GENERAL SUMMARY (Describe the overall duties and responsibilities of the job)
Responsible for plant training planning and execution, development programs, BTO administration, and hourly recruitment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES (Duties required for successful job performance)
- Ensure annual training plan be effective and be on target (Training Hours and Financial Budget)
- Ensure training needs detection be on time and accurate.
- Ensure an effective Orientation Program for new hires.
- Support audits (Labor Ministry in matter of Training, IATF, ISO 14001)
- Ensure BTO green level in the plant
- Interns and potentials development program administration
- Administration of the Training Annual Budget
- Ensure transparent and effective hourly recruitment processes without a high rate of turnover.
- All the responsibilities and follow the authority assigned according to the FTM-EHS-12 Roles, Responsibility and Authority Matrix from ISO 14001 /45001
- Complies with policies and procedures pertaining to facility or divisional adopted standards such as IATF 16949.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE (Required occupational qualifications and other requirements)
- EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree finished Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
