This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Training Advisor

RingCentral is looking for an experienced training advisor to join our Customer Training team. Working for the Customer Training Manager, this role will be a key contributor to the identification and coordination of customer training needs and the delivery of the customer training curriculum. As the customer’s point of contact for customer training, you will be well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and a great communicator. This role will focus primarily on coordination and training tools administration for newly onboarded customer accounts, but may include other responsibilities.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Manage scheduling, registration, room booking, attendance tracking, and communications for select Customer Training events.

  • Manage training calendars and invites, training needs, and perform training discovery calls.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills.

  • Experience in communicating effectively with C-level executives.

  • Gather and report training data, including attendance, test scores, customer satisfaction, and customer feedback.

  • Regular reporting of training statistics and results.

  • Facilitate world-class customer-facing learning programs

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, visual, hands-on learning.

  • Apply adult-learning principles to VILT.

  • Assist with internal training initiatives as needed.

  • Drive projects to completion within agreed-upon timeframes.

  • Seek continuous improvement; willing to try new ideas to provide more effective training.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven success with blended learning, including VILT

  • Enjoys working with a dynamic, tight-knit team to produce cutting-edge, high-quality training solutions

  • Courage and confidence to challenge the status quo, express views openly

  • Stays up to date with training industry best practices and is willing to try new ideas

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills

  • Previous experience working in training

  • Proficient with MS Office

  • Advanced MS Excel skills

  • Voice-over-IP or telephony experience is highly preferred
