Trainee Engineer (UAE National)
Dubai, UAE
Parsons is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for Trainee Engineers to join our team! This role is specifically designed for students or recent graduates looking to start their career in engineering consultancy. You will become part of a collaborative and ambitious team, contributing to the sustainable growth of Parsons in Dubai and beyond.
Learn and perform a variety of engineering tasks by applying basic engineering principles across disciplines such as civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
Work under close supervision to gain exposure to engineering practices, company procedures, and project workflows.
Participate in a structured rotational program to gain experience across different areas, including Project Controls, Procurement, Construction Management, and various Engineering disciplines.
Utilize computer-aided engineering (CAE) and computer-aided design (CAD) tools to support project work.
Be willing to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Open to fresh graduates or students completing their degree.
Basic understanding of engineering principles and concepts.
Familiarity with engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Bentley MicroStation, or similar programs is a plus.
