About this Opportunity:
The Trading Project Manager for OAT will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and improve user experience with Orion Trading Platform. systems . This role will work directly with key Orion business units, strategic partners, as well as the Orion client base to improve the client experience. The focus of this role is to assist with training, process improvement, and implementation of programming elements that enhance the internal and external user experience with Orion Trading Platform. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

For External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE; Berwyn, PA; Hebron, KY or Lehi, UT.

For Internal Candidates:
All internal employees, regardless of their current work arrangement (remote or in-office), are encouraged to apply.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Dedicated Trading contact for large prospects and current Eclipse user Advantage firms

  • Partner with Premier, Onboarding, Sales, and SME Trading management to determine clients

  • Function as liaison between Eclipse onboarding and service for premier firms with dedicated calls

  • Through scheduled calls, develop understanding of firms trading process and deliver process improvements and timely updates

  • Proactively communicate critical changes which will impact the client experience and trading

  • Provide product enhancement/feedback to programming for future enhancements

  • Participate with HOVs, Ascent roadshows, and training requests

  • Share Eclipse updates, discuss trends and topics

  • Develop training geared to firm’s specific needs

  • Internal and External Eclipse users

  • SME Trading resource with assisting with questions in team members

  • Attend team meetings and leadership meetings to discuss trading topics as needed

  • Be point person for M&A Eclipse project needs

  • Identify opportunities to streamline back office efficiencies

  • Be available for Ad Hoc project request

We’re looking for talent who:

  • Has ability to work and excel with internal and external business partners

  • Has knowledge and understanding of Orion systems

  • Possess strong Knowledge of Eclipse

  • Has minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Has a minimum of 1 year of experience

  • Obtain Orion Industry Certification

  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:

$63,899.00 - $95,151.00

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
