The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Trade Show Specialist to contribute to high-impact work within the Corporate Communications organization, operating as a modern in-house agency partner to the business. This role collaborates closely with Strategic Communications, Creative, Events, and Operations to deliver integrated programs that elevate the brand, support growth priorities, and strengthen enterprise reputation. The successful candidate will be a part of the Marketing team within the company’s Corporate Communications department, and report directly to the Manager, Trade Shows.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for trade shows and conferences, including registrations, shipping, and on-site operations.
• Collaborate with Creative to produce booth graphics, collateral, and experiential elements on brand and on time.
• Manage vendor timelines (i.e., exhibit houses, A/V, freight) and show services (i.e., electrical, internet, labor).
• Track budgets, purchase orders, and post-event reconciliation; support cost optimization.
• Capture leads and coordinate with BD teams for follow-up; support post-event reporting.
• Ensure compliance with show regulations, safety, and brand standards. Competencies include the following:

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, advertising, hospitality management, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in trade shows, marketing, or communications roles.
Desired:
• Trade show or event management certification.
• Experience with defense and aerospace trade shows.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
