As a Trade Marketing Analyst, you’ll be part of our Marketing team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:

  • Conduct advanced database analysis, leveraging tools such as Excel and Power BI for the management, update, and visualization of sell-out reports, as well as the analysis of top SKUs and customer performance.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive reporting dashboards to support decision-making and business strategy.

  • Benchmark Project: general follow up of test project and accomplishment of commitment dates, monthly research and consolidation of competitors' best practices across México using analytic and reporting tools.

  • Provide general support to KAM´s requests, including the preparation of data-driven presentations and reports.

  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks: Basic presentations for business opportunities, purchase orders, maintenance of catalogs and databases, etc., with a focus on efficiency through Excel and Power BI.

  • A&P Budget support in the control and reporting of expenditures, utilizing Excel for budget tracking and analysis.

  • Branding and visibility plan in POS.

  • Organization and operation of events, fan fest, activation.

  • KPI´s Measurement of Promotors, using analytic and reporting tools to track performance and generate actionable insights.

  • Samples control.

  • Material inventory control in the distribution center (entrances and material output).

  • Follow-up to suppliers for order delivery.

The Person:

  • Student of the last 2 semesters of bachelor’s degree: Marketing, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.

  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using Excel and Power BI.

  • Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms.

  • Database Management.

  • Strong Oral and Written Communication skills.

  • Networking: able to conduct yourself with team members.

  • Results Oriented.

  • Numeric and analytic skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights and clear reports.
