You’ll be part of a specialist team that supports Business Bank clients across a range of industries — working alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about helping our customers grow. We’ll give you the support, training, and opportunities to develop into a Trade & Working Capital expert.

Do work that matters

In this role, you’ll start by learning the foundations — developing a strong understanding of our Trade and Receivables Finance products and how they support business clients. You’ll work closely with bankers and senior specialists to deliver great customer outcomes and be an important part of our success.

As you grow, you’ll have the chance to take on more responsibility, build your own client relationships, and play a key role in helping businesses manage their working capital effectively.

What you’ll do

Support the team with research, analysis, and preparation of customer proposals and presentations.
Assist in identifying customer needs and opportunities across Trade and Working Capital solutions.
Work collaboratively with relationship bankers and product specialists to deliver seamless client experiences.
Learn to structure and execute transactions that meet customer and business objectives.
Contribute ideas to improve how we serve our clients and grow our business.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Have some experience in finance, banking, or a related analytical role — or you’re ready to take the next step in your career.
Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn about Trade Finance and Receivables Finance.
Enjoy solving problems and working with numbers to find the best outcomes for customers.
Communicate clearly and confidently and value collaboration and teamwork.
Have a degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
